The Penthouse is a cozy roundhouse with a hot
tub, perched high on a rock formation next to a
bubbling creek and a picturesque trail.
Ceiling-to-floor windows and decks surrounding
the house will give you an all-around beautiful
view of our location.
This vacation home sleeps 4 to 6 and linens and
basic needs are provided. There are two bedrooms
and a queen-sized hide-a-bed in the living room that will allow for
two additional people to stay. There are two
baths and a free-standing fireplace with gas
logs for easy enjoyment.
3 TVs with cable service, DVD and VCR, radio and
wireless internet service offer today’s hi-tech
amenities surrounded by yesterday’s tranquility.
The kitchen, though small, is well equipped with
dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc. and a
washer and dryer on the lower level. |

"For the last two years, I have rented out both of these home for a ski trip group of 15 people. Both the cabins are beautiful, relaxing, and incredibly well kept. There in an indoor hot tub in the larger home, the Greenhouse, that is so nice to sit in after a long day on the slopes as well as the outdoor hot tub in the smaller cabin, the Penthouse. Together, the cabins easily fit all 15 people comfortably and were absolutely fantastic to stay in. Both these homes would be perfect for anything from a romantic getaway or a large ski trip. Policies:
- There is a $250 refundable security deposit.
- All reservations MUST be confirmed by phone.
- 7.75% North Carolina sales tax and 6% Beech
Mountain accommodations tax are applicable on all
stays.
- Generally a (3) night minimum is required. Some
TWO day stays are allowed. Please email or call us
to check.
- No pets or smoking allowed.
- Check in after 3:00pm and check out is at
10:30am.
