The Penthouse:

The Penthouse is a cozy Round House with a hot tub, perched high on a rock formation next to a bubbling creek and a picturesque trail.

Ceiling-to-floor windows and decks surrounding the house will give you an all-around beautiful view of our location.

This vacation home sleeps (4-6) and linens and basic needs are provided. There are two bedrooms and a queen-sized hide-a-bed that will allow for two additional people to stay. There are two baths and a free-standing fireplace with gas logs for easy enjoyment.

3 TV’s with cable service, DVD & VCR, radio and wireless internet service offer today’s hi-tech amenities surrounded by yesterday’s tranquility. The kitchen, though small, is well equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc. and a washer and drier on the lower level.

Rates for The Penthouse for 2007/2008

*** Dec. 20th - Jan 5 rates will increase by 30%.

Policies:

There is a $250 refundable security deposit (in addition to rental fee) which will hold your reservation. The rental fee is due (4) weeks in advance of your stay.
All reservations MUST be confirmed by phone.
There is a ONE TIME cleaning fee of $50.00 for all stays of (3) nights or less.
7% North Carolina Sales Tax and 6% Beech Mountain Accommodations Tax are applicable on all stays.
Generally a (3) Night Minimum is required. Some TWO day stays are allowed. Please email or call us to check.
No Pets or Smoking allowed.
Check in after 3:00pm and Check out is at 10:30am
