The "Greenhouse" is a newly renovated chalet with lovely pine paneling and hardwood floors; a hot tub in our attached greenhouse; five bedrooms, four baths, and sleeping capacity for 10.

When you are ready to relax after a full day on the mountain, this beautiful vacation home has a gas log fireplace, 3 TV’s with cable service, DVD & VCR, radio and wireless internet service offering today’s hi-tech amenities surrounded by yesterday’s tranquility. The kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, blender, etc...and a washer and drier for your added convenience. Linens and all basic needs are furnished.

Rates for The Greenhouse for 2007/2008

Policies:

There is a $250 refundable security deposit (in addition to rental fee) which will also hold your reservation. The balance of rent is due (4) weeks in advance of your stay.
All reservations MUST be confirmed by phone.
There is a ONE TIME cleaning fee of $50.00 for all stays of (3) nights or less.
7% North Carolina Sales Tax and 6% Beech Mountain Accommodations Tax are applicable on all stays.
Generally a (3) Night Minimum is required. Some TWO day stays are allowed. Please email or call us to check.
No Pets or Smoking allowed.
Check in after 3:00pm and Check out is at 10:30am
